This Needle Punched Preoxidized Carbon Felt is made from high-quality pre-oxidized PAN (polyacrylonitrile) fibers through a needle punching nonwoven process. It offers excellent dimensional stability, flame resistance, and heat insulation properties, making it ideal for use in high-temperature environments such as thermal insulation, industrial furnaces, battery systems, fireproof panels, and composite materials. The felt remains stable in extreme thermal conditions without melting, dripping, or releasing toxic fumes.
