Product Introduction

 

Kapok fiber is kind of single-celled fiber, which is attached to the inner wall of the shell of kapok, formed by the development and growth of inner wall cells.    Generally 8 ~ 32mm in length, 20 ~ 45 m in diameter.
It is the thinnest, the lightest, the most hollow and the most warm fiber in the natural ecological fiber. Its fineness is only half of cotton fiber,  hollow rate is more than 86%, which is 2-3 times of cotton fiber.

Advantage:
A. The finest natural ultrafine fiber in the world,  with density only half  of cotton fiber.
B. Dense structure, the hollow rate of fiber is as high as over 97%, as the most ideal thermal insulation material,  its thermal performance is 3 times that of feather down.
C. The hollow ratio of kapok makes the finished product lighter, which made a feeling of lightness and comfort;
D. Kapok fiber fineness, softness, hollow ratio, thermal insulation effect are better than cashmere;
E. Bright luster, excellent hygroscopicity,  which fundamentally overcomes the "sticky and wet" ,  feel more comfortable.
