Bag Cage is the framework which used for supporting the filter bag in the dust collector,it also known as bone cage or skeleton.We could produce various type of the bag cages,such as circle type,oval type,special-shaped and so on,it also could do as different kinds of surface treatment for these bag cages,to meet the use requirements of different industries and the different type dust collectors.

Coating of bag cage production technics:

1 .oil removing: put the finished bag cage to oil removing tank for 15 minutes and then put into the cleaning tank for removing degreaser.

2 .Derusting. Put into the derusting tank for remove oxidation film processing on the bag cage.

3 .Phosphating : Put into the phospating tank

4. Bake: put the post processed bag cage to bake equipment under the temperature of 100 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

5 .Coating: put the finished silicone on the surface of bag cage evenly.the thickness of the coating is 60µm-100µm.

6. Bake: Bake the coated bag cage under the temperature of 240 degree for 120 minutes . and then keep 240 degree for 30 minutes for heat
setting. And then natural cooling for enough time.
