                                         High Temperature Dust PTFE Filter Bag 

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene),also known as Teflon,Dust Filter Bag chemical industrial dust bag's features anti-high temperature(up to instant 260ºC) ,excellent anti-anrasion, excellent anti-acid and excellent anti-alkali.


Feature of PTFE Filter Bags

• Excellent high temperature resistance: Withstands continuous operating temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) and can reach up to 300°C (572°F).
   
• Excellent acid and alkali resistance: PTFE can withstand almost all chemicals, making it an ideal material for filtering corrosive substances.
   
• High filtration efficiency: Low coefficient of friction helps prevent particles from sticking and effectively captures fine particles.
   
• Hydrophobicity: PTFE naturally repels water and other liquids, helping to control humidity in critical applications
   
• Durable: The service life can reach 6 years under normal operating conditions in the temperature range of 66°C to 204°C.

Surface Treatment of PTFE Filter Bags

There are 2 kinds of treatment:"PTFE film"and "PTFE dipping"
 

• PTFE film: Improve filtration precision: ≤10mg/m³, but lower the filtration efficiency; and a substantial increase in acid-base resistance property.
   
• PTFE dipping: Improve filtration precision: ≤25mg/m³, does not lower the filtration efficiency; and a small increase in acid-base resistance property.
