Our P84 / PTFE / PI (Polyimide) filter bags are designed for demanding industrial dust collection environments with high temperatures, chemical exposure, or fine dust particles. These high-performance filter media offer superior filtration efficiency, temperature resistance, and long service life, making them ideal for use in cement, steel, waste incineration, power plants, and chemical processing industries.
High Temperature Resistance:
P84: up to 260°C
PTFE: up to 260°C continuous, excellent chemical resistance
PI (Polyimide): up to 260°C, good acid and hydrolysis resistance
Excellent Filtration Efficiency: Captures fine dust particles with low emission rates.
Chemical Resistance: Especially PTFE has superior resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents.
Dimensional Stability: Maintains strength and shape under extreme thermal and chemical conditions.
