                          550gsm PPS PTFE Membrane Filter Sock for Dust Collection

PPS filter bags are also known as polyphenylene sulfide fiber bags or ryton fiber bags, the physical properties of its fiber are obviously better than other high temperature resistant acid and alkali resistant filter bag products. Commonly used in industrial applications where high temperature and chemical resistance are required. They are designed to filter dust, particulate matter, and other contaminants from air or gases in various processes.


Feature of PPS Filter Bags

• Excellent high temperature resistance: Withstands continuous operating temperatures up to 190°C (374°F) and can reach up to 210°C (410°F),This makes them very suitable for high-temperature applications such as incinerators,power generation, cement production, and metal processing.
   
• Excellent acid and alkali resistance: PPS can withstand almost all chemicals, making it an ideal material for filtering corrosive substances.
   
• High filtration efficiency: Low coefficient of friction helps prevent particles from sticking and effectively captures fine particles.
   
• Hydrolysis Resistance:PPS needle felt is resistant to hydrolysis, which is useful in applications involving moisture or water vapor

Surface Treatment of PPS Filter Bags

There are 2 kinds of treatment:"PTFE film"and "PTFE dipping"
 

• PTFE film: Improve filtration precision: ≤10mg/m³, but lower the filtration efficiency; and a substantial increase in acid-base resistance property.
   
• PTFE dipping: Improve filtration precision: ≤25mg/m³, does not lower the filtration efficiency; and a small increase in acid-base resistance property.
